Shipping Policy
After your order is picked up by our shipping carrier and leaves our facility, LunchVolt is not liable for issues arising due to the shipping provider delaying, damaging, or losing a package. Lost packages, missed deliveries, and damages caused by the shipping company must be addressed with the shipping company directly. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are the responsibility of the customer. Please verify shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
In the case of lost packages, file a claim with the shipping provider. Upon receiving an approved claim, you may send that approval to us and we will gladly replace your order. For orders outside of Canada, follow the same process, but import taxes, duties, and applicable fees are not eligible for compensation. Customers are responsible for filing shipping claims directly with the carrier.
LunchVolt reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. The version published at the time of purchase will govern.
